Fees, engagement and your information
01How do you charge?
A fixed fee for the written plan, agreed before we start and set by complexity. Ongoing advice is a flat annual retainer or an hourly rate — never a slice of a product you bought.
02Are you really commission-free?
Yes. We hold a fee-based licence and take no commissions, trailer fees or product incentives. If a recommendation earns us nothing, we still make it.
03Is the first call free?
The discovery call carries no charge and no obligation. It is how both sides decide whether we are the right fit before anything is signed.
04Do I have to move my money?
No. We can advise on what you already hold and leave it where it is. Where a change helps, we show the cost and let you decide.
05How is my information handled?
Your statements and plan are confidential and covered by the PDPA. We sign an NDA on request and never pass your details to product providers.
06Can you work with my banker or accountant?
Often that is the best outcome. We sit alongside your existing advisers and keep everyone working from the same plan.
