Deepak Rao

Deepak works with the small and mid-sized companies that make up much of Plumbline's client base — usually 10 to 60 staff, run by the people who started them.

He sets up group Private Retirement Scheme and medical arrangements that staff actually value, structures key-person and buy-sell cover so a death or exit does not sink the business, and then does what the founders rarely get around to: their own household plan.

He holds the Registered Financial Planner designation and an MBA in Finance, and previously advised SMEs on funding at a development bank.
