Serena Foong Mei Yin

Serena started Plumbline in 2007 after eleven years as a bank relationship manager, where she watched good clients buy the wrong products because nobody had shown them the whole picture first.

She builds one written plan per household — cash flow, protection, retirement and estate — and keeps it to a single page the client can check. Most of her work now is with families in their forties and the owners of PJ and KL small businesses, planning the years the numbers get complicated.

Serena is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional and holds a Capital Markets Services Representative's Licence from the Securities Commission Malaysia. She chairs the firm's advice-review panel.
